1. Regulatory Designation

By executing this acknowledgement, Dealer designates DecisionLinks, LLC as the authorized Data Processor and registered Data Broker for the Tekion CNF resolution, data updating and enhancement program. Dealer grants DecisionLinks limited authorization to process Dealer Data through its proprietary Identity Resolution Engine for the specific purposes of deduplication, householding, and the creation of a "Golden Record."

2. Methodology & Technology Disclosure

To execute the hygiene requirements of the Scope of Work, Dealer Data is cross-referenced against the DecisionLinks Identity Graph. This system utilizes extended-year NCOA processing and a proprietary multi-channel compiled database—comprising offline automotive VIN, Demographic, Emails, phone, as well as digital and behavioral identifiers—to validate customer entities.

Dealer acknowledges that the following data is merged with their data and logic is applied:

Deterministic and Probabilistic record linkage logic resolving fragmented and duplicate records
Individual and Household Unification identifiers
Semantic match DarkMatch technology
PII verification and recommended updates of current Names and Addresses

3. Data Attributes & Scope Limitation

To verify identity accuracy, the Identity Engine references a broader commercial dataset including demographic, financial, and digital engagement attributes.

NOTICE OF SUPPRESSED DATA:
Under the current Tekion CNF agreement, all marketing appends, credit indicators, and predictive ROI scores are SUPPRESSED. The output returned to the Tekion system is strictly limited to contact hygiene (Name/Address/Email verification).

The Data Enrichment and Multi-Channel Activation modules of the Identity Graph are disabled for this program. Dealers wishing to audit their "Match Confidence Scores" or review the suppressed attributes for data governance purposes may access their [Data Integrity Report/Dashboard].

4. Reporting & Compliance

DecisionLinks maintains a rigorous reporting of all recommended data change with probabilities. Summary logs regarding match rates, rejected records, and hygiene statistics are generated for compliance and made available via the Anomaly Resolution Report.
